Since I promised I would post a pic of something each day and I missed yesterday, here are two photos. The first one is a marble, it is the first marble I was able to make completely round. I was so happy that I finally was able to finish one and it wasn't flat on one side. :) It is made from boro glass. It does have a punty mark that is not completely smooth but I figure I will improve soon I hope.
The following photo is an imploded boro pendant. I have wanted to make one of these for so long. It wasn't too bad to make but it would be nice to have more heat so it wouldn't take me a whole hour to make one. I am saving up for a GTT Phantom. I also had a problem with the cold punty so I didn't get a nice round dome. I need to practice more. I can't wait to try making a fumed pendant. Right after I took the picture, the bail fell off. :(

Yay for a round marble! That's a pretty one too.
I've been wanting to try one, but I don't have a mold. Plus I want to work on stringer control before I get sidetracked with marbles.
Thanks Robin. I know what you mean about working on stringer control. I need to do that too. The problem with me is I have a short attention span so if I can't do something well then I move on to something else and that is why I moved on to marbles. I have since moved back to beads again.
I'm too chicken to even think about trying a marble, and you did really well your pendant, I've tried a few times but haven't ended up with anything that's remotely wearable yet!
