Winter is annoying....

I was planning on torching tonight as I have the last two nights until I discovered that the deck is now an ice skating rink and I have no salt. I would have to walk down two flights of stairs to plug the propane in. :( Also, I kind of injured myself falling down the cement stairs on the front porch as I was taking out the garbage. I guess in the winter you must check the ground first before walking on it. Yes, it snowed in Palmdale, California but what do we get here, sleet and ice. :( I never realized how hard cement stairs really are. I will probably be paying for it tomorrow, I better go to Lowes at get some ice before it sells out like last year.
